"A Better Advertisement Agency..." - This thought sprouted Ads in 24 (AIXXIV). Hello, I am Ernie, Director of AIXXIV, and I am proud as well as very excited to offer this new service to companies or individuals who need quality graphic design or web development, in a timely manner.
With the idea that advertisement should be simple, quick but efficient; yet affordable (in respect to the product) - myself and a few like-minded colleagues have come together to try and provide just that. While being a fairly new company, we are very experienced in the advertisement space. We plan on making a name for ourselves by providing compelling work in a more then timely manner. While there are plenty of websites out there that offer you the ability to build your own site without knowing any code, you still have to invest the time and money (as those services aren't free) to get this done. In most cases, design challenges and limited options lead to a not so great website. For example, there is no optimization. No attention to SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Images are not compressed (as they should be), code is not being consolidated (doing so cuts down HTML requests), in addition to other sloppy and or inefficient methods.
With AIXXIV you only wait at most 24 hours (in most cases) before getting your completed assets. A case where it would be longer then 24 hours would be if you needed multiple assets, or complicated / extensive development is needed. Bigger projects will be discussed on a case by case basis.
Graphic Design Starting Costs $99 Graphics such as Event Flyers & Advertisement Designs, Product Layout or Print Design start at $99.00 USD. Elaborate Designs will be discussed in detail to establish a price point.
Website Design Starting Costs $400 Wordpress websites start at $400.00 - Boostrap Websites start at 500.00 - Custom Websites are also available and will be discussed in detail to establish a price point.

Disclaimer(s) & Fine Print (Simplified) Website Design is not Website Development. A design is different than a layout. This is why Templates are so popular today, as the design is mostly in place and the layout is already built. All that's left is to add your own content such as elements, links, images, logos, etc... This can be a Huge Time Saver! The drawbacks however, are that you may end up with hindered performance affecting load times. Sometimes the over-all look is very popular, leading to an average looking website. Furthermore, it may also limit you when adding functions depending on the features and codebase of the template selected. In the future, this may also expand development costs as developers would need to code their ways around such limitations, or figure out ways to integrate newly built features which would otherwise be much simpler. On the Time Saver's Side however, some templates are already built with specific features, and you are encouraged to look for such templates and conduct some research. AIXXIV may send a "Cease and Desist" request via registered letter, official email, or both (where AIXXIV and its legal team has determined that "Copyright Infringement" has occurred). AIXXIV and its legal team may also pursue legal action against such "Copyright Infringement" cases (where applicable). Non-Payment or lack of payment for (including but not limited to) product(s), asset(s), resource(s), or any other service(s) provided by AIXXIV is also considered a misuse of our service(s). AIXXIV and its legal team may pursue legal action against (including but not limited to) individual(s) the client(s), company(ies), corporation(s) or establishment(s) which have defaulted or failed to complete or provide payment.
Using our service(s) does not allow our client(s) property of our intellect, nor does it entitle ownership of any (including but not limited to) product(s), asset(s), resource(s), or any other service(s) produced or generated by AIXXIV and not initially provided by our client(s). Ownership will be acquired by our client(s) ONLY when full payment for (including but not limited to) the product(s), asset(s), resource(s), or any other service(s) produced or generated by AIXXIV have been completed.
Upon completion of a project, a bill or invoice will be delivered no later than 24 hours to AIXXIV's respective client(s). The following procedure(s) apply for payment(s): When working on AIXXIV server(s), or Graphic Design(s), delivery of product(s), asset(s), and / or resource(s) will only be released upon full payment (less applicable deposit(s)) to AIXXIV. Full payment (less applicable deposit(s)) is expected no later than 24 hours after completion of the project. A 24 hour extension will be granted upon request, by emailing AIXXIV Customer Support at [email protected]. When working on foreign server(s), payment is expected within 24 hours of a completed project. A 24 hour extension may also be granted by following the procedure(s) set forth above. If payment is not met at the end of the 24 hour (48 if an extension was formally requested in writing), it will be considered late and a late fee of $100.00 USD will apply (See "Late Payment" Section Below). AIXXIV may also elect to repossess its work, and in some extreme cases, AIXXIV and its legal team may also elect to pursue legal action.
Working with AIXXIV without providing a deposit of up to 50% of the overall cost for the project or phase is available. This service is known as "No Deposit Development"* herein referred to as NDD*, and is available to establish a working and trustworthy professional relationship with our client(s), in which and thereby AIXXIV is happy to take forth the first step. It is also through this service that AIXXIV proves the ability and competence of its services. While working with AIXXIV under NDD*, delivery of the "First Proof of Concept**" herein referred to as FPOC**, (with screen shots and / or video sufficing) will be provided in either a low resolution watermarked format, and / or a video recording. FPOC** is showing reasonable progress on a project or phase first agreed upon by an AIXXIV representative(s) and its client(s), following prior written instruction(s) agreed upon by both AIXXIV and its client(s). Upon providing the FPOC**, AIXXIV will require a deposit of up to 50% of the overall cost for the project or phase.
Larger projects will be discussed in detail on a case by case basis. The project will then be split into 2, 3, or 4 phases (depending on the project size). The cost of the overall project will then be split respectively. AIXXIV will then determine whether or not a deposit of up to 50% of the overall cost for the project or phase will be required. For Larger / Complex Development, a deposit of up to 50% of the overall cost for the project or phase is usually required.
Any Domain or Hosting purchased by AIXXIV (regardless or the reason) will remain property of AIXXIV. Further arrangements can be made to purchase such Domain(s) or Hosting Transfers. Domain transfers will be done through our Registrar for a secure and legitimate transfer. Hosting transfers will be done on a case by case basis.
Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis. AIXXIV will come to a "Fair & Reasonable" decision as to the percentage of the refund less resources lost in development when applicable. 100% Refunds are available when a project has not yet begun. Any refund request must be emailed to [email protected]. AIXXIV will then review your refund request, and process it accordingly as described above in a "Fair & Reasonable" decision. It will then be processed no later than 7 days. These days do not account for any time loss within a Bank during a transfer.
When payment fails to be completed or provided, a late fee of $100.00 USD will apply, and a 15-day extension will be granted. If an extension beyond that is needed, please notify AIXXIV in writing by emailing AIXXIV Customer Support at [email protected]. If no payment is made at the end of the 15 day extension, and no contact has been made on behalf of the client(s), AIXXIV may elect (and has FULL RIGHTS WITHOUT LIMITATION(s)) to repossess its work. AIXXIV and its legal team may also elect to pursue legal action.
AIXXIV reserves the right to repossess any work (including but not limited to) product(s), asset(s), resource(s), or any other service(s) produced or generated by AIXXIV WITHOUT LIMITATION(s). Any disagreement(s) or dispute(s) shall be discussed by an AIXXIV representative(s) and its client(s). Although AIXXIV does its best to satisfy and meet every demand previously agreed to in writing, there are occasions in which an agreement cannot be reached. In such case(s), AIXXIV may elect to repossess its work. Any Charge-Back(s), Claim(s) or Dispute(s) which lead to loss of revenue for AIXXIV will also be grounds for "Repossession of Work".
